Aksaray University (ASÜ) recently held its 7th Advisory Board Meeting, where stakeholders from various organizations participated. The meeting focused on evaluating the work done in 2023 and planning for 2024. A significant emphasis was placed on the societal benefits of the integration between the university and the city.

Rector Prof. Dr. Alpay Arıbaş highlighted the crucial cooperation and harmony between the university and the city. He mentioned significant strides made in areas affecting the city since his tenure began. Prof. Arıbaş emphasized the mutual support and development between the city and the university, stating, "Without Aksaray, there is no Aksaray University, and without Aksaray University, there is no Aksaray!" He underlined their commitment to fulfilling responsibilities for the city and building collaborations across various sectors.

Significant progress has been made in the Aksaray Teknopark project within just two months. This project exemplifies the synergy between the university and the city. Preparations are in the final stages, with official procedures set to commence soon. The Rector also mentioned updates to their academic programs and equipment to meet current era requirements and the imminent operation of the Faculty of Dentistry Clinic.
